You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund.
After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded once the order is placed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:

🚫 Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they haven’t been shipped.
Once shipping begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
🔄 Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
